About - Meet Ajeet

A compassionate perinatal wellness specialist dedicated to supporting women through fertility, birth, healing, and postpartum with intentional care.

Birth is my native language

I grew up in Sonoma County, where everyone I knew had home births and attended blessingways. Before I even understood the "politics" of birth, I understood the peace of it. Witnessing all four of my younger siblings enter the world in the quiet sanctuary of our home wasn't just a privilege—it was my baseline.

What I once considered "ordinary" eventually became my calling. While I’ve always been drawn to the energy of birth, it was navigating my own two undisturbed physiological births that truly set my soul on fire for this work. It transformed my "knowing" into "doing," and since 2013, I’ve been dedicated to making that sacred pathway clear and accessible for every woman I serve.

Beyond the Massage Table

My journey into birth work didn't start with a textbook; it started in Sonoma County, where the community treated birth as a natural rite of passage rather than a medical emergency. Growing up in a culture where homebirth was the norm gave me a deep, unshakable confidence and trust in birth.

I’m a firm believer that movement is medicine. When I’m not working as a doula or therapist, I’m teaching Pilates. I love the intersection of strength and breath—the same intersection that guided me through my own two undisturbed physiological births.

I’m a lifelong green tea lover (I’ll take a matcha over a coffee any day!) and a believer that whether we are on the Pilates reformer or the birth stool, our bodies are capable of incredible things. All we have to do is tap in to the power of our breath as the bridge from what we think we can do and the unlimited potential of what we actually can do.

When I’m not in the birth room...

You can usually find me finding the "center" in more ways than one:

On the Reformer: I’m a Pilates instructor who is obsessed with functional movement. I believe that understanding your core and your breath is the ultimate preparation for birth and the best tool for postpartum recovery.

With a Mug in Hand: I am a dedicated green tea drinker. Whether it’s a bright matcha or a grassy sencha, it’s my daily ritual for staying grounded, focused, and ready for whatever a long labor might bring.

The Healing Touch: My hands are rarely still. As an Arvigo® Maya Abdominal therapist and massage doula, I’m constantly looking for ways to bridge the gap between the emotional journey of motherhood and the physical needs of the body.
